This notice explains how personal data submitted through the contact form on seliukov.com is handled. It's short because the site does very little with your data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Vadim Seliukov (Prague, Czech Republic). For any privacy question or request, contact contact@seliukov.com.

What I collect, and why

If you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address and message you submit. I use them for a single purpose: to read your message and reply to you. I do not use them for marketing, profiling, or advertising, and I do not sell or share them.

The lawful basis is my legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to an enquiry you chose to send me.

Who processes it

• Resend - delivers the form submission to my inbox as an email (email service provider).
• Cloudflare - hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages) and processes the request that carries your submission.

Both may process data outside the EU/EEA under their own standard safeguards.

How long it's kept

Your message stays in my email inbox for as long as it's useful to our correspondence, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party tracking.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to my using it, just email contact@seliukov.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
